The Nancy Lackey Community Education Fund is named in honor of Usher’s late grandmother. It supports art and music education in Chattanooga and Hamilton County’s elementary schools. The fund is administered by the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga.

Serve Moore was founded in 2013 by pastors and local church leaders in the aftermath of a devastating tornado. Its mission is to connect people who need help with people who can give help.
The Toby Keith Foundation’s OK Kids Korral provides a haven for the families of children receiving cancer treatment.
Food and Shelter for Friends feeds those who are hungry, wraps its arms around the lost and alone, and helps them find their way back home.
